Change of Mind & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend a booked dance class, we offer a full refund or rescheduling of your class under the following condition:
- You must notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled class.
To request a refund or reschedule, please contact us with your booking details.
If you do not notify us at least 12 hours in advance, the class fee is non-refundable and cannot be credited.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a class is cancelled by us or if there is a major problem (such as failure to deliver the service), you are entitled to a full refund, a replacement class, or other remedies as required by law.
